Maple Season

The sap that stirs the maple trees from their slumber announces the spring and sugaring-off time, an old Quebec tradition where the whole Millette family pitches in to make guests feel right at home. We welcome you from March 1st, 11:30am, until the end of April. THIS SPRING, COME AND CELEBRATE OUR 51 YEARS OF TRADITIONS: WE WILL BE OPEN SATURDAY APRIL 28TH AND SUNDAY APRIL 29TH. COME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS !!! RESERVATION REQUIRED.
DON'T FORGET: our early breakfast starting at 10 am on Sundays.

Sap is tapped from the maple tree, then collected into horse-drawn barrel from days of old. Our menu includes recipes handed down from three generations of Millettes. Our menu is a "traditional" Quebec sugar-shack meal.

Reservations as a group or on an individual basis are accepted graciously all year round by our welcoming staff. We will undoubtedly leave you with some fond memories and a desire to return again some day.

Through March and April, we are opened from Tuesday until Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the traditional menu and our famous maple taffy on snow. Maximum time allotted per table for the traditional meal is 2 hours. We have accommodations for 300 guests with six separate dining areas. Every Saturday evening, a Quebec folkloric musician animator performs his song and dance repertoire where all are invited to participate. New this year, the popular Steve Provost (Star Academy 2005) will make you sing and dance just like in the old days.

Our services: Traditional costumes; maple grove trails; sleigh-rides; horse-drawn barrel; a collection of 300 antique exhibits; tasteful gift boutique; snowmobile access; extensive parking available and access for the handicapped; small farm AND SNOW SLIDE FOR CHILDREN (if the temperature is OK). Possibility, individually or in group, to harvest the sap and see all the sap transformation process.

Special prices on week days for seniors groups, students groups and nurseries.
