Maple Season

The sap that stirs the maple trees from their slumber announces the spring and sugaring-off time, an old Quebec tradition where the whole Millette family pitches in to make guests feel right at home. We welcome you from March 3rd until the end of April 2012. THIS SPRING, COME AND CELEBRATE OUR 55 YEARS OF TRADITIONS. COME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS !!! RESERVATION REQUIRED.

On Easter saturday night and sunday, we have a musician-host with traditional music.

Sap is tapped from the maple tree, then collected into horse-drawn barrel from days of old. Our menu includes recipes handed down from three generations of Millettes. Our menu is a "traditional" Quebec sugar-shack meal. You have 2 hours to complete your meal.
