Out of Season
This year the maple season has now come to its close and we have had the pleasure of receiving thousands of visitors from around the world. Perhaps you couldn't join us? Not to worry, since we are opened all year round. During off season we accept reservations for individuals and groups of up to 40 persons for our traditional meal.
Guided tours are also still in operation. From Monday to Friday, at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., we have a tour of our boiling room. Illustrations and explanations of how the sap is processed to become maple syrup, as well as, a video about our "sugaring-off" season can be viewed at your request, for a nominal fee of $7.00. The maple grove is always opened for walking trails, to admire the scenery, and discover our ancestral sugar shack constructed in 1877 by Odilon Millette. Our Boutique, selling delicious maple sugar gift items is opened all year round. Our gallery with 300 antique exhibits on display is accessible all year round. Groups of 40 people or more may also be joined by individuals who want to participate in our friendly social atmosphere. Contact us with your reservation dates.
